I debated on whether I should this… but I think it’s important to spread awareness on situations like this. After watching the video over and over, it’s so obvious that even though the dog was vicious and trying to unalive my baby, the owner was COMPLETELY NEGLIGENT. Not only did he leave the window down with his dog unleashed, he wasn’t able to control his own dog AT ALL. It’s been almost 3 weeks since the attack and it’s completely derailed my life.
