@Nakia Deon tells us there's pretty overwhelming evidence that there's widespread daycare fraud happening in Ohio. After people saw (misty through @Nick Shirley) that there were a number of fraudulent daycare centers running out of Minnesota, particularly those that seem to be run by people of Somali descent, and the FBI started investigating and has identified that there's a pattern of fraud in the Somali community in Minnesota,people started looking up these daycares in Ohio And just from basi
