A Southbridge McDonald’s worker appears to contaminate fries in a viral video; police and local health officials are investigating.

SOUTHBRIDGE — A house at 21 Williams St. was heavily damaged in an early-morning fire, Thursday, May 7. Crews encountered heavy flames on the first floor when they arrived about 1 a.m., according to the Fire Department. The fire spread to upper floors. It was soon determined the building was unoccupied.
