Officials with the Virginia High School League(VHSL) say they are dissatisfied following Monday’s court ruling in favor of Manor High School’s girls basketball. VHSL officials issued a statement saying they are disappointed with what they say is the court’s misapplication of the VHSL Handbook and Policy Manual.
