Firefighters are battling a house fire late Sunday in Centreville, Va., after multiple callers reported hearing a loud explosion and flames engulfing the home.

Lisa, a neighbor who heard the explosion of a home in Taunton, describes what she saw and heard.

A preliminary investigation says multiple calls came in for reports of a loud explosion and a house fully engulfed in flames.

The Cass County Sheriff's Office and local fire departments responded to a house explosion near Highway 1. An 86-year-old woman was found deceased inside the house. Sign up for our Newsletters Neighbors said they heard the explosion around 6 a.m. on Saturday.
