Oklahoma waltzed through the Norman Regional, capping the weekend with a win over Michigan.

The Kansas Jayhawks softball team followed a 9-0 defeat against host Oklahoma with a season-ending 12-10 loss to Michigan in NCAA Tournament regional games contested Saturday in Norman, Oklahoma. The Sooners crushed the Jayhawks in a five-inning run-rule game Saturday afternoon to send KU into an elimination game against the Wolverines on Saturday night.

Michigan’s games against Oklahoma and Ohio State will both have noon kickoffs on FOX, the school announced Monday.

However, that game was in Week 1 last year, and its move to Week 2 in 2026, combined with FOX already owning OU-Michigan (Big Ten home game), and ESPN already owning Ohio State-Texas (SEC home game),
