FARGO — It’s easy to see the aftermath of a snowstorm by looking at the ground, the car or even the trees. One spot that’s harder to see is right above our heads, and that can cause some big issues.
More than two feet of snow have fallen in some parts of Colorado. The late-season snowfall is taking a toll, but is also much needed amid a drought.
