May 25 (Reuters) - Firefighters contending with an overheating tank of hazardous chemicals in southern California on Monday said an overnight operation had eliminated the possibility of the tank exploding.
A leaking chemical tank in Cypress, California, is at risk of exploding, officials say, and at least 50,000 people have been forced to evacuate. Lana Zak has the latest.
